Its a seagate barracuda 1TB

Does all the cables fit, can the psu take the TB as well?

You just need to have spare sata data cable.

Minimum recommended PSU for XFX Radeon RX 5700 XT TD is 600W.
I'd recommend to upgrade your PSU.

Probably they didn't check manufacturer recommendations
or they think, they know better.

Because most people don't pay attention to the seemingly mundane things like the power supply.

So a 500W wouldnt work with the PC? would it burn after a while. Thinking of buying the package. just wondering.

It would work. It's good quality PSU, so it wouldn't burn or explode or anything like that.
But if your system tries to use use more power, than PSU can provide, your system will shut down.

Request them to upgrade PSU to 600W model.

Ok thank you but about the terrabyte then will it cause a lot of wattage? will the pc shutdown

Hdd will not cause that,
but your graphics card might, if you try to overclock it and run at 100% utilization.
