Can you change the Display Driver ?

Hello,

So I have this question - I have the new PC everything runs smooth but how can I change the display driver from my CPU (the PC uses the default graphics that comes with my Intel i5 4590)
with the OnBoard graphics card from my Gigabyte B85M-HD3.

Is that even possible ?

The onboard graphics is the integrated graphics, it's the exact same thing, the MoBo uses CPU graphics.

Can you then recommend a good graphics card for my motherboard that I can buy with lets say £80 ?

I'd say a R7 260 or 260X, 2GB GDDR5 version.
