can you combine partitions on hard drive?

how can you combine partitions on hard drive?
I want to combine the partition with the os with my regular files. can i do this?

If the partitions are adjacent on the same drive, you might be able to use windows disk management to "extend partition". If disk management isn't cooperative, you can always use a third party partition manager.

BE WARNED: Although most times this should be non-destructive, it is always best to make a backup of your data before messing with the partition tables just in case something goes wrong.
