Can you help me with my upgrade path?

ok, I have a toaster basically and i want to upgrade it to have great performance and im getting like 150$ in the next month or so and i need to know what i haflt to upgrade to make a gaming PC

My specs are:
motherboard:M2N61-AR
CPU:Athlon 64 X2 5000+
ram: 3gb of DDR2
GFX: GeForce 6150SE
PSU:160 watt
Harddrive: 320gb
P.S. this is a mini itx computer

You will not upgrade that pc to make a gaming rig for $150. You would need a new motherboard,(and thus a new windows key) cpu, power supply and ram.
Even if you got a very basic amd board with a cpu with hi end onboard graphics it would cost more than that.
-You need about $400 at a rough guess for a machine that will play new ish games at a reasonable standard.
You will be limited with what you have by
1) the power supply.
2) The graphics slot (does it have one? probably. is it pci-E or AGP?)
3) The processor is not strong enough and the highest cpu you could run is a 6000+ (probably).
4) Your operating system. (is it xp or vista or what? 32 bit or 64?)
If its 32 bit you would gain little with a ram increase.
Your operating system is unlikely to be transferable (new motherboard = pay microsoft $80 odd .
Basically you cannot make a birthday cake with a toaster.
While I remember, if the hard drive is I.D.E. ,you will need a new (SATA) one of those as well for a new board.
