That almost looks like a physical defect or piece of debris. Does moving your finger over it change its appearance?

Yeah it looks like a scratch to me. dead pixels usually have a square appearance, not saying thats what it is, but thats what it looks like. my brand new monitor arrived with a singular dead pixel and hasnt gotten worse in the 2 years ive had it.

Used GPS holder's vacuum on it but seems to be not changing or moving

Asusming it is a physical "bug", you can't. It's on the inside.

A blast of canned air into the display case could move the "bug", but the "feature" may be permanent.

EDIT: That thing is definitely front of the pixels since it seems to be moving as i look at that thing from different angles(from up and down)
