[SOLVED] Can you install a lga 1155 cpu cooler on a lga 1366 socket?

Im about to buy a x58 mobo and i have a lga 1155 cpu cooler, do i have to buy a new fan or i could just use that fan?

Ask the vendor of your 1155 cpu-cooler, if there exists a compatible mounting kit ( or look at vendor's homepage for more infos).

X58 (LGA 2011) is different from LGA 1155 , so you need a conversion kit.
