Question can you install a NVMe SSD in a Lenovo - Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop

Hello,
I hope you can help me please. can you install a NVMe SSD internal in a Lenovo - Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop? I've never seen this kind of long memory-stick looking drive- the SSDs I've heard of look more square..... Or are the regular square (?)
I have this computer, to be exact: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo...d-1tb-hdd-raven-black/6501812.p?skuId=6501812. (the model number for my PC is 90RB002AUS)
My question is (1) can you install a NVMe SSD in one of these? (2) Can you recommend a good video, by chance, that shows how to do it?

CrystalDiskInfo, or Speccy, can probably gather the make/model of the current drive(s)

Specs do say it's an NVMe drive already (PCIe3 even though the slot supports PCIe4), plus a SATA HDD. It also supports a second M.2 SSD.

Are you trying to upgrade to a faster drive, or more space on the SSD, or a second SSD, or what?

2.5 inch SATA drives are the rectangular versions. M.2 is the one that looks like a memory stick, and it can be either SATA or NVMe, but NVMe is the most common. (SATA SSDs are much slower.) Use either Device Manager or Crystal DiskInfo to look at the current model, and tell us what the new drive you're trying to use is. (DiskInfo will provide more useful information. The PCIe version of the drive and slot might be helpful, to figure out how Lenovo laid them out.)
