i have an r9 380 strix 2gb, and i wanna run some tests and benchmarks but gpu boost is really anoying, is there a way to disable it and lock the core clock?

Yes there is.

For an Intel cpu go into the bios of your motherboard and disable intel speed step.
For a Amd FX based cpu disable cool and quiet in your bios.

Then in windows go to windows control panel.
System and security.

And the power options.
set the power mode config to High performance.

and apply the new settings.

The cpu core speed will stay at it`s highest working speed.

i was talking about graphics cards not cpus
