Can you make a 300$ gaming pc for GTA 5 ?

Hi,
I have a budget of 300$ ONLY.
Can anyone help me make a Gaming PC for GTA 5 ?
I want to just play the game smoothly, Minimum Requirements are quite enough for me.

NOTE: 1) I DONT WANT TO BUY A CONSOLE ! I WANT TO BUILD A PC.
2) CAN I GET THE BUILD BY TODAY ? For some reasons i can buy equipments by today only.

It will help me alot.

I think you should buy a console xb1 or ps4.
You can't build a pc from that budget to get enjoyable performance on upcoming games.

I have a console but i want to play on PC since im more comfortable with it.

My buddy just got a $100 combo sale cpu/mobo with the g3258 which is a great start.

After that youll need ram so 4gb would be budget friendly, hd/psu/gpu all have budget options but you will be over $300.

Last but not least OS and case, do you have any of these already?

Really mate... He wants to play GTA V. i suppose not on 800*600 resolution.... Most likely on 1080p. He won't get what he wants for his money.. it will be just a wasted 300 dollars....

Lets say he buys used pc parts from ebay and he manages to build the pc for 300$ lets say he got OS and case..
Then he starts playing gta V and notices it is lagging stuttering and has like 20 fps and even looks like shit...

I still suggest to keep your money

OP: It can't be done with your budget but you can get most of what you need but you'll need a separate budget for GPU minimun 750ti/960.

PSU: Corsair CSM450
Motherboard: ASUS A78-E Motherboard
CPU: Athlon X4 860K
HDD: WD Blue 1 TB
Video Card: HIS Radeon R9270 ICE QX2
Case: Cougar Spike MATX
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws 8 GB

TOTAL : 300$
