Can you make my build cheaper without changing graphics card, or cpu?

Solution

That's fair enough, and totally understandable. Just be aware your OCing plans can't happen without an aftermarket cooler.....and really shouldn't be done on a budget PSU.

Sounds like you've decided on the CPU & GPU, which really only leaves you a couple of bucks on the case, reducing the HDD capacity etc. But you'll lose either storage or performance as a result.

For $600, if you were willing to rethink your setup you could have a more balanced rig, with quality components - but your challenge was to keep the CPU & GPU you picked........and I doubt you'll get that under $600 without trading off on HDD sotrage etc.
*EDIT* I assume you mean make it cheaper without losing any performance power?

Really......probably not. You're about as cheap as you can really go. If anything, I'd point out reasons you should spend more!
1. Decent aftermarket cooling for OCing
2. Replace that PSU, it won't do too well under stress.

These would be much better PSUs: All are quality units, ranked Tier 2 or better (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html)

The EVGA & XFX units at 750W are totally overkill, but minor price differences - so would be worthwhile if only from that sense alone.

So, ultimately I failed at the challenge to make it cheaper.

Windows 8.1 pro for 30$. I looked up customer satisfaction and people find them respectable.

that and the cost of a spare blank 8gb dvd

The parts you have chose are already the average of how cheap but still reliable things can get in my opinion. Edit: Almost any modern laptop should burn your software for you or a friends machine.

My budget is 600 dollars.Im still in high school and my parents wont spend anything more than 600.

there is this: http://lifehacker.com/5840963/the-best-pcs-you-can-build-for-600-and-1200. If you can aquire windows *ehem* 20 min process... you will be golden. dont expect to OC my good sir.... you would need an air cooler that runs 40-50$+. if you can gather up some holiday or birthday money you can pull it off for sure!

I personally perfer thermalright, nactura, and be quiet! brands for cpu coolers.
