[SOLVED] Can you mix 512n and 5112e HDDs on a PC?

Hello,
I have 512n drives on two SATA ll MBs and 512e drives on another SATA ll MB in a non-RAID setup. Can I mix the two types together on the same PC and if so, anything to watch out for?
I've searched but only found reference to mixing 512n and 512e in a RAID setup or mixing 512e and 4Kn drives together.

Just make sure that your 512e and 512n RAID combination is aligned to a 4KB boundary, otherwise you will see a hit in the write performance.
