To OC haswell "k" series intel processors you will need a Z87 motherboard.
The one you posted is a B85 one, so it will not be able to overclock the cpu.

Look for a Z87 one, there are lots of them, although usually a bit more expensive.

I usually reccommend the CM Hyper 212 Evo, it's a cheap and great cooler.
