Hi I'm hoping someone with a little more experience can help me compare these two systems, or offer any other suggestions. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm have a little apprehension about purchasing from PC world (does anyone have experience with them?) but their PC does seem to have a upgraded CPU and graphics card, although I can't seem much detail on the motherboard.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just in a quick glance at the parts, I would skip the second one. It's using a slower/older CPU and a basically outdated GPU, and is more expensive.
My concern would be that the first link is cutting corners somewhere, but just the same the video card and CPU alone are well better.
