[SOLVED] Can you power on the motherboard without cpu and gpu?

Hello lads, I recently built my Asus Rog strix b460-F gaming motherboard in my corsair case and put all the wires on it and I am currently waiting on my cpu and gpu arrive at my house. I tried turning it on but nothing happened and I am curious can I power it on without them? Because last time I built a pc it was with a msi b450 gaming plus and i waited for my cpu and gpu to arrive in the mail and it powered on without the cpu and gpu.

If anybody knows if it doesn't turn on or I bricked it?

Without the CPU, it may not even power up.
Even if it does, that proves nothing.

Without the GPU, that depends on if your CPU has an integrated GPU. But without the CPU, you don't have that.

Wait until you have all the parts.
Turning it on now proves nothing.
