BUT if you don't have that amount of money, well you'll be in a necessity state where you'll have to count your coins, be cause you can't afford spending between 199 -399 dollars on a license. i know i don't have that kinda money so i'll have to improvise and use a "work around" like USAFRet until i can afford one.
1. If your budget is £1500 (or even $1500), you can fit a Windows OS in there.
2. Win 10 Home is not $199-$399. More like $90. And few people need the extra features in Win 10 Pro.
