Can you run it says that my 1070 drivers are a month old

If you go onto the Geforce Experience and it says that no updates are available and you have the latest version then it should be fine.

You should be on driver version 375.70, if you do not have that version installed, then uninstall your driver via the "Add or remove programs" in the control panel and download the drivers on this link: http://www.nvidia.co.uk/download/driverResults.aspx/110737/en-uk

You are fine, Unless you are having an issue with a game or program you dont have to update your drivers. My 980 is running almost a year and a half old driver. My work computer has two 560 ti that are running god knows how old drivers. When it comes to GPU drivers if it not broke dont fix it. I always read the release notes to see if it will fix and issue i might have or a new game that is releasing.
