Question Can you set the brightness of your external monitor without having to press buttons?

I have an Acer Predator XB271HU monitor, and during night I noticed it being extremely bright and I can't help but notice the pain in my eyes because of the brightness. I know you can lower the brightness using the buttons on the monitor, but is there a way to do this in windows? Would be much more easier for me.
