Can you share a steam game on the same computer but with different accounts

I'm saving up for a gaming pc and was wandering if I bought a game on my steam account, could I then share this game with a different steam account on the same computer ( so basically me and a family member can share the same computer and games but have two different steam accounts) Feedback appreciated.

It's not possible because Steam family sharing only works if -

1 - Both the Sharing Account and the Persons account who's going to access your steam library ie. your family member are online simultaneously. You could try with Virtual Machine but I doubt it will work...

So basically you'll need two different computers to authorize those that you would like to share your game library with.. I've never seem two Steam accounts logged simultaneously on same computer before so yeh.. not possible.
