Question Can you split USB-3?

Full specs of the pc?
Is the USB-C port located on graphics card or on motherboard (back panel/front panel)

BTW - that adapter only provides additional port for charging. Not for anything else.
And not all USB-C ports allow connecting monitor to it.

So - I'd suggest, you connect your monitor the normal way - DP,DVI,HDMI. That at least is guarantied to work.

Hi, after some googling, I believe your best bet is to take a usb c to 4x usb a adapters (https://www.egenisys.co.uk/startech...60757&hsa_ad=339280733501&hsa_grp=71122192987 )
and then usb a back to usb c on the ports you want with one another adapter (ARKTEK USB-C Adapter - USB A 3.0 (Male) to USB Type C (Female) Converter for PC Laptop Galaxy S9 Note 9 and More (Pack of 2, Aluminum) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B075NBMWXQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_dxP.Cb8MGS1SY )
Sorry about the huge links, it doesn't seem to be letting me put them into text.
