Sounds like a dumb question I know. Yes you can still copy and paste files into a bootable USB drive. But what I'm really asking for is..will it affect the boot process of the drive? For example...A bootable USB for installing windows has other files in it will the PC be able to boot into the windows installer or will it not since it has other files in the drive? Hope you get what I mean.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Solution
That depends on files, you want to copy.
If you overwrite files involved in boot process, then obviously - this impacts boot process.
If you just copy some image/document files, then it won't impact anything.

So what you're saying is...if I copy and pasted some video and image files then the boot process will not be affected as long as there are no other files that has something to do with the boot process.
