Can you suggest a large atx case prefferably with sound proofing and quiet cpu cooler?

I'm really interested in the define r5 but I dunno if it's large enough for a quiet cpu cooler.

I need a quiet cpu cooler that has enough clearence for tall ram and fits in the case you suggest.

its for skylake and gtx 1080

Theres a few good cases out there with a focus on noise reduction. Most will have an option for a solid or windowed version.
As for CPU coolers, if you just want quiet without being used for overclocking, you could grab most any tower cooler and they're be near silent in any of the cases I've listed below. Any of the coolers I'll suggest will fit in the cases and allow for any sized RAM you might want.

I couldn't find any sources for these coolers in Canada's partpicker but they would be worth looking for or shipping from the US.
Coolers:
Cryorig M9i - Better cooling than Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo with better mounting system. 92mm fan 26.4 dBA...

This one has a whole slew of color combos, so searching it out is a bit harder but this should give you a starting point. Airflow isn't quiet as good as the other cases but it looks a bit nicer in my opinion.
