Can you tell me which cooler is better and why?

Hello guys, i have a i7 4790K with Be Quiet Shadow Rock 2, and on heavy games like Planetside 2 my CPU is getting 65-70-75c without OC only turbo boost at 4,4ghz, i guess i havent applied in correct way the thermal paste because this cooler really gives me trouble to install it so it takes a lot of my time to finally install it.. Anyway my question is this liquid cooler is it better for cooling my cpu?

The Liquid cooler won't be better than the BeQuiet , but would be easier to mount , temps would be similar.

Yes even with a top notch fan , 120mm Air Coolers perform on par with Air Coolers like the that BeQuiet , Cryorg H7 , 212 EVO etc.
