Question can you transfer data from one PC to another using WiFi

how can i transfer data from my PC(wire connected to wifi) to another PC (wire connected to Wifi repeater which is connected to 1st PC's wifi with wifi)

basically i am wondering if i can transfer data from my PC to my old PC which i connect to TV and made sort of a media center, its a full desktop fitted in a desk and connected to a wifi repeater.
-no both wifi routers are not connected with wire with each other

yes you can.
i'm trying to guess a bit from what you said you've got setup, but i suspect that both PC's can connect to the internet via the same internet connection, so both PC's should be on the same logical network.
you should then be able to setup a network shared folder on one PC, and make it shareable with either a single person, a single PC, or everyone
