As I see from some tech specs of this model, some have an integrated video card, some come with ATI Mobility Radeon 4250... so most likely you will not be able to upgrade the graphics.

No. Generally speaking those rare laptops that allows you to upgrade the video card are expensive gaming laptops to begin with. Not all expensive gaming laptops allow you to upgrade the video card; just a handful.
