Can you use Amd Wraith cooler with intel 7700k?

No it will not fit. It could probably be modified but it would be easier to get get one meant for it.

Possible? No.

Why? Because AMD CPUs use different CPU cooling mounting system than Intel CPUs do.

Even though you can mount the AMD Wraith cooler on top of your CPU but without any secure way to secure it to your MoBo, you can't use it.
