cannot able to print on a network printer from excel and pdf

Hello all,
On a domain client PC, in user login cannot able to print on network printer from only excel 2010 and adobe reader 11. Printer appears in list of printer and faxes but, in excel printer appears in list but print button disabled and in adobe reader printer not shown in list. Also by this users login can able to print on other network shared printers. And in administrator login everything works fine.
>Config:- WIN XP SP 3, Dual core, 1GB
>I reinstalled printer drivers with newer one.

Re-install the two apps from which network printing is not possible?

You may want to create a new profile for the user also, easy to do in XP, just rename the old profile, login, new profile is generated. Just make sure you copy the documents, desktop and favorites at least.

I solved this by creating new user in domain.and yes problem is in corrupt profile of that user.
