Cannot access certain websites on home Wi-Fi

Hello,

Today for some reason my home internet connection refuses to connect to certain websites, notably twitter. I get a message in chrome saying "This site can't be reached, the connection was reset, ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" I know next to nothing about networking, so I really need help. I can connect to websites such as youtube and this one, as well as google, but twitter and quora aren't able to be accessed on my home Wi-Fi.

I can access twitter on my mobile phone using data and data only, but if I am connected to my home's Wi-Fi at all I can't connect. I heard about flushing DNS in command prompt and resetting my router, I tried both but I'm having problems still.

Any solutions? Thanks!

Make sure your system time (including timezone) is accurate. Also, make sure that your browsers are fully updated. If the time is off, secure connections will sometimes fail. Good luck.
