Cannot adjust fan speeds - images included

Hi everyone. I just completed my build. Everything is running smoothly except that I cannot change the fan speeds. I'm using SpeedFan program to adjust the fans but no information is being displayed that there are even fans installed.

i would reinstall it you should have more reading then this even on the front page .

OK just reinstalled it. Used Revo Uninstaller to delete residual data in the HKEY registry. Problem still there, no information being displayed on front page.
