Cannot boot into PC

Just cleaned the internals of my desktop, air duster, nothing unusual, but after I put everything back together and boot up the PC, I get a screen that reads:

EFI Shell version 2.31 [4.655]
Current running mode 1.1.2
map: Cannot find required map name

Shell> _

I have no idea what to make of this. Can't do much else other than type in Shell commands (which I'm not overly familiar with). Any help would be appreciated, I know y'all are pretty helpful

Did you reset CMOS/BIOS ?

So it seems the problem was with my hard-drives power. I unplugged and replugged everything and the system booted in as normal, thanks for the advice regarding the CMOS/BIOS though, thats one option that was quickly crossed off the list for me.
