Please help: My computer cannot boot and cpu's led on mainboard brighten when I plug the fan case (both 4 pins to psu and 3 pins to mainboard).

Explain:
The 4 pins plug to PSU for fan and fan's RGB LED power.
The 3 pins plug to Mainboard for control/sync RGB LED color.

The computer can turn on to windows if I just plug one of them:
  • when I just plug 4pins to psu, computer turn on normally, fan and rgb led work, but cannot control/sync Rgb color.
  • when I just plug 3pins to mainboard, computer turn on nornally, fan's rgb led work and can sync color, but fan does not work.
Problem is not from the fan because I change several fan already.
I am using
  • MB: Aorus B450 Elite
  • CPU: R5 2600
  • Ram: Kingston HyperX RGB
  • VGA: MSI RX 570 4GB
  • PSU: Corsair GS600
the fans is coming with this case:

Respectable
The 4 pins plug to PSU for fan and fan's RGB LED power.

I do not understand, what you mean with above. I only know, that on motherboards there are fanheaders for CPU and CASE and additionally RGB-headers ( either 4-pin 12V-header for rgb-strips or aRGB-headers).

RGB-headers: only 1 color selectable( for whole rgb-strip f.i.).
aRGB (adressable RGB): every LED can be selected with different color

I do not know, how fans are connected to PSU. please explain.

Obviously your motherboard does not have aRGB-headers.

  • 1 x CPU fan header
  • 3 x system fan headers
  • 1 x CPU cooler LED strip/RGB LED strip extension cable header
  • 1 x RGB (RGBW) LED strip header
  • 2 x digital LED strip headers
  • 2 x digital LED strip power select jumpers

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I mean: The fan come with 2 wires:
  • 1 molex to connect with the PSU
  • 1 3pins 5v to connect with mainboard

The fan is coming with the aRGB, they said it support RGB Fusion on Aorus mainboard, and my mainboard support RGB fusion too.

As I mention in my first post, when I plug 3pins wire to mainboard (without molex 4pins pluged), the RGB color can control/sync in RGB Fusion program.
