hello, hours ago i was happily surfing the net, then suddenly now i cannot connect to the internet at allu; all attempts to load results in server not found. then i rebooted the router snd it still does not work. Then i also plugged the ethernet cable into the modem itself (the ethernet cable was supposed to be plugged to the router for wifi. if plugging the cable directly to the modem works, it's a problem with the wifi), and the connection still does not work; windows say that i was connecting into an unidentified network (had a bench near the connection) and i even tried the netsh commands and the connection still does not work. the light of my modem does not show anything weird on it; they are as usual, just cannot connect. and my device manager says that my lan card and connection ports have no problems. also, i had tried replacing my ethernet cable with a new one but it still does not work. totally stuck and lost, please help?

Just your computer or all devices on your network? I think "all" but need to be sure that that is correct?

Call your ISP and report the loss of service. See what they may find and can do from their end.

Sometimes they will tell you nothing is wrong but service will mysteriously begin again some time later.

Could be just an outage in your area.

Need to narrow the problem down: internet (ISP), your network, your computer, your network adapter....
