cannot connect to the internet after bsod error

hi! I recently updated my antivirus and when i restarted my laptop i got a bsod stop 0x000000d1 with ndis.sys error.

i corrected this by restoring windows and then i checked device manager and found out my etherrnet card driver was corrupted, so reinstalled network card drivers. then i even removed my antivirus.

now my problem is that i cannot connect to the internet by wifi, bluetooth or even my 3g usb modem. Please help!!
