Question Cannot Decrypt Files.

Almost a month ago I encrypted some personal images, but I didn't backup the decryption key. Today I tried to decrypt the images from the same machine and user account used to encrypt the images, It decrypted only the folders but the images gave me an error "ERROR 0x80071771" I tried all the solutions on the internet by gaining control of the whole disk and trying to decrypt using cmd but none of the solutions worked. I don't have another copy of the images and they are very important.
I can view the some images in full quality while encrypted and others low quality and some are very blurry and I can see the thumbnails of the images.

I can encrypt and decrypt new files, but I cant decrypt these images.
I realized that the certificate thumbprint for the new files is different to the images.
In the console root, I found both certificates.

so the cert got changed? like you said you didn't back that up. so the image is not recoverable
