Cannot display this video mode error, any help really appreciated

I have early access to Star Wars - The Old Republic but when tryin to play it I get the "Cannot display this video mode - Optimum res 1280 x 1024 60 Hz" Error. I have checked my settings and everything is as it should be so I think its the game launching in a res that is too high. Any suggestions as to a fix?
Graphics card - Palit GTX 560ti 1280mb
Screen - Standard flat screen LCD 19inch
"I have also checked the nvidea control panel and everything seems OK there as well"

Any help would be really appreciated 😀

I have also changed to onboard graphics and disabled the graphics card and I still get the same problem. Ive checked res settings and they are at 1280 x 1024 and 60Hz. Im really stuck with this 🙁
