We had 5 users set up on our computer, but now only showing 1 user and they
do not have administrator access. I was the administrator, but I can't
access my user user account. Does anyone know why this would happen? When
computer comes on, it only has a login box. I put in the user name and
password and will take me to that account, but can't find mine or the others.
I put in my user name and password, but it doesn't accept. It's like it
doesn't exist. Help!

Thanks so much!

To Logon as Default Administrator on Pro Edition, from Welcome screen, press Ctrl-Alt-Delete, Twice , type "Administrator" and use a
blank password (on Home edition - boot to Safe mode - F8 on restart , same logon)
