Cannot find driver for Game Pad

i have bought this device but cannot find the driver given on the support page

The support page you linked has the drivers. It says Most Downloaded drivers. It says USB/Wireless GAMEPAD.

when i go to that link and try downloading the zip file i get this message on a web page
