Question Cannot find hidden chrome adware extension.

Ive been troubled by this (bad word)'ing adware on my chrome. Every like ~30ish clicks, a new ad tab pops up on a random click, like i wont even be clicking a link and a ad tab pops up. I tried reinstalling Chrome, tried Avast trial complete scan, Malwarebytes free trial full scan. They recognize some adware but dont remove it completely, and when I do a 2nd scan, it removes the same files, so my guess is that it hasnt removed the core files.

I would really really appreciate a solution to my internet browsing agony! This has been happening to me for the past year and I kind of gave up and lost hope a long time ago and just accepted it as part of my norm.
