[SOLVED] cannot fix PCI Commu ication Controller

My MB spcec:

Win7 (64 bit)
Processor: Intel i3-4340
Motherboard: Asrock Z87e-itx
Installed all drivers from the CD but the PCI Communication Controller still in yellow , downloaded the latest driver from Asrock:

Installed the following drivers:
-INF driver ver:9.4.0.1026
-Intel Management Engine driver ver:9.5.14.1724
-Intel USB 3.0 driver ver:4.0.3.49
still no luck...
Then I tried this:
Device manager, click on the pci simple communications controller, go in property and then go in details:
PCI/VEN_8086&DEV_8C3A&SUBSYS_8C3A1849$REV_04
goto https://pcilookup.com/
Enter Vendor number: 8086, then Device number: 8C3A
I get: https://pcilookup.com/?ven=8086&dev=8C3A&action=submit
8 Series/C220 Series Chipset Family MEI Controller #1, isn't this the Intel Management Engine driver -Intel Management Engine driver ?

It is. you might wanna try another\newer version or using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
