Cannot get DSR to work !

I don't really know where to post this, I hope I am in the right place ! Just tell me if I should write it somewhere else.
Well, since 2 or 3 months, DSR doesn't work anymore on my system. Changing resolution for my games through geforce experience doesn't work, trying to change the DSR factors in the nvidia control panel doesn't work either. I have looked for this kind of problem here and there but nobody seems to encounter the same issue. Here are my system specs :
I5 4690k
GTX 970 G1 Gaming (Gigabyte)
2*4 GB of DDR3 RAM (Kingston)
MSI Z97 Gaming 5
1 TB Seagate Barracuda
It really bothers me as I am playing in 1080p and my GTX 970 can handle some big resolution.
So, what do you think I ought to do ?

So it used to work and doesn't anymore? Have you tried more than one game? Reinstalling the drivers? Reinstalling GeForce Experience? Screenshots might help.

Once you choose your DSR factors/smoothness and hit apply the screen should refresh. From there I change the display resolution in the windows control panel and then change it in the game settings. Has always worked.
