Cannot install IIS, web server, FP extentions, etc..

I am unable to install IIS and other web related programs. During the
installation, it gets about 90% through and then stops. Currently I am
getting the following erros during installation in Event Viewer. Does
anyone have any ideas as to why this occuring or how to fix it?
