Cannot install Windows 7 HELP!

I have a HP DC7900 motherboard, i have 2.5 gigs of ram, and a Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, ive tried to install windows 7 64 bit with a usb drive, and a DVD but it hangs on the "Starting Windows" screen, and i can never get to the installation setup, this screen appears after the gray bar that goes accross the bottom right after the dvd/USB boots

Fixed It, clicked "reset to Defaults" in Bios and now its working fine!
