Hi, yesterday I installed some internet software (I thought it was pretty safe) and right after my laptop started to open random web pages, so I thought it was just some simple adware.
I ran adwarecleaner like everytime this happens to me.
The webpages stopped opening and I thought it was alright but later I realized I was not able to run youtube on any browser, in firefox and chrome I could only see letters in a blank page but no images or videos was displayed (it was like a HTML without CSS), in microsoft Edge or internet explorer nothing was displayed just a blank page. I tried everything disabling plugins, running without extensions, updating java/flash/shockwave I even tried to make a new user in my computer to check if the problem still and it does. Every other webpage as much as I have seen work just fine.
Not watching youtube videos is not the most annoying thing, I cannot work with any text processor, not Word, not OOWriter and some others either. Everytime I open a new document or an existing one the program open and right after it just freezes and doesn't allow me to do anything besides closing them with a " XXXXXXX is not responding"...
I dont even know how both things can be related but since they starting happening yesterday I think it has to be some kind of malware. Is there any way to fix this without a complete format of the computer?
