I've downloaded them already but it doesn't seems to work... My friend have a laptop and is specs are:

Packard bell Easynote TH
2GB DDR3 Memory
Intel celeron processor 900
Intel GMA 4500M

On his computer it works very well to play with vlc, gom player etc...
But i cant even play on VLC because the video just stops and you just hear the sound at the background.
What could the problem be? Is it because i have to update my graphic card or what?

OBS... maybe this is a bit offtopic but everytime i listen music on spotify and watch clips at youtube the sound mess up. the music sounds like a robot and stutter all the time, and when i click pause and play again, it says that i have a problem with my sound card. why? =(

is this a joke to you? cause you are not listening to us. you have a cpu power issue cause your cpu is not strong enough and you internet connection is too slow. end of story that is your problem, return the laptop and get something more powerful. stop trying to go off roading in a Ford focus. it just cant do what you are asking it to do.

you probably have intergrated sound which really put its load on the cpu and when you try to do sumthing a bit more demanding than surfing the web and office etc, the cpu is loaded trying to process the video and the programs and does not have enough power to process the sound and for your issue about the 1080p movie when the sound disappears, thats why. as for when the it seems like the movie is playing in slow motion, your laptop cant process it fast enough so the framerates are dropped, resulting the movie slowing down. and yea do return the laptop if you still can for a better one as the one you've got isn't great and you wont be able to really upgrade it

just use windows media player instead of vlc, it uses less cpu as compared to vlc
as i just purchased it today and encounterd same problem. :)

HEY..Nextr

have you tried windows media player codec?
you should install windows media player codec then you will able to play 1080 videos by windows media player.

i'm having same laptop,i'm not able to play 1080 videos by using vlc player but by installing this codec i'm able to play 1080 videos using windows media player .

Sorry to say it buddy but I have the exact same laptop as you I have a higher bandwidth and I lag when watching videos sometimes. also the GPU is integrated and the CPU is soldered to the board, I have been trying to find ways to make my laptop faster for days now

Because 480P is crap on this laptop and 720 still isn't the best
