[SOLVED] Cannot remove ghost CD drive

I have a ghost CD drive with letter "I" which only shows in Win 10 File Explorer. This drive is not seen in Disk Management, or Device Manager ( with all hidden drives shown) or in DiskPart Volume list.
Can anyone please advise how to remove this? It looks like the icon for that drive is the icon used for Power Iso software, which is quite different to the icons used in File Explorer for my two physical DVD drives

if you have PowerISO or a similar disk image mounting software installed uninstall it.
