Cannot view jpeg files in windows 7

I am unable to preview photos in windows 7 on my system

Jepg is unfortunately a copyrighted format. You can add the ability to view those images by installing a program that supports it. You have not said what you want to do with the jpeg files so I don't know if this will help you, but I use IrfanView on my system for all images.
