Hi, I just upgraded to a Win7 64 bit build. My Canon 8400F software was incompatible, but Canon's website had a Win7 driver and Canoscan toolbox. The driver loaded, the scanner shows up in device manager, and the scangear CS from Canon scans correctly. I also have Vuescan 8.something, which runs but reports no scanner. I downloaded the latest version of Vuescan, which the site said should automatically replace my old version when installing, but it also doesn't find my scanner. Most people seem to have problems with Canon drivers not working but Vuescan being the cure-all, but I seem to have the opposite problem. My Canon software works but Vuescan does not. I use both and would like to get my Vuescan working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
