[SOLVED] Canon Imageclass Color Laser Printer won't print cardstock...help please!

I have a Canon MF520C color laser printer. It prints fine on regular paper but when I try to print on cardstock the printer beeps and won't print. I have it set to print on "heavy paper" but have tried other paper settings also(labels, photo, etc.) and it doesn't work. The card stock is not that heavy so don't know why it won't print. Any help much appreciated.

Verify the model number.

How "heavy"?

Check the printer's specifications for supported print stock. "Media Type".

Scroll about 1 /2 way down to Media Types.

Did you try using the manual feed? Some printers specify that some paper type needs to go through the manual feed due to how the paper is sent through the printer.
