Canon iP1900 printer/cannot print photos

Hello,
just bought a new Canon Pixma iP1900 printer which works fine as a normal inkjet printer but now find, after buying it, that with windows 7 cannot print photos - incompatitible. Does anyone know a way round this?

Have you checked this page -- seems to indicate Win7 drivers and utilities.
