Cant access a specific webpage

I cant acces Kongregate.com , somehow it just happened, i cant get in and the page is obviously not down, as i have not only tested to see if it was up or not, but also i have a few weeks without being able to connect, cant figure out why it suddenly shows the "google cant connect to the website"

(EDIT) if someone can explain how to put an image up, i can put up what it shouws when i try to connect

It's either being blocked by some sort of content filter, or it is just possible that you have a virus or malware interfering (run Malwarebytes, BitDefender)

i know its not down, i have used multiple sytes to ping it and its up, and even tho i have not checked for malware, it would seem wierd that everithing works perfectly, as its only that one page that wont open

If this is anywhere but your home network, I'd guess it's a site filter.

it actually happens on all the pcs ive tried, and happened lately, i may add i live in venezuela, so maybe some pages block us? ive seen it happen on Dell's webpage, and on github too
