Can't access bios

I recently went into my bios and switched a setting. Now I want to go back and switch it back. But my PC didnt even go through the usual option of allowing me to press f2. It went straight to the windows screen. So I tried hitting the restart button in hopes of pressing f2 fast enough but it didn't restart. It went to the restarting screen, then my screen went black and that's it. The PC was still running but it never restarted. Now when I try and turn my PC on everything turn on inside my PC. The graphics card starts up and so does my CPU cooler and I even hear my hdd spin. But my monitors dont get a signal, and my keyboard doest turn on either. It's has backlighting so I would know if it on. I don't know what to do.

The option I switched was in the South ridge section. To start from on boards graphics and not pcie

If you're running Windows 8 or 10, you should be able to instruct Windows to restart into the BIOS.

Perform a google search based on your version of windows, worded along the lines of "restart windows 10 into bios". You'll get instructions telling you how to reboot into your BIOS, provided your computer can do so.

My PC doesn't even start up anymore. It turn on and everything is running. But it doesn't boot up.

what is your system spec? what settings did you change in bios?

ok i figured it out. i removed my gpu and ram and that made it so my pc would display "ntldr is missing press crtl+alt_del to restart" and once i pressed that it would show the option to go into my bios. i just had to rpess F2. i managed to change everything back to the way it was before in my bios and put everything back into my pc. it works fine now. i was really worried.
